  • Project Role :Scrum Master
  • Project Role Description :Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

  • Good To Have Skills :Digital Full Stack Development
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Scrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings B: Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source C: Perform estimation and planning He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects E: Coach Agile practices S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools F: Help team or individual to clarify goals
      • Technical Experience : A: Must have 6 years of in-depth IT experience B: Must have 2 years experience as Scrum master C: Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices D: Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery E: Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, user stories etc F: Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices G: Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience with Temenos T24 core banking
    • Professional Attributes : A: Excellent communication skills B: Good analytical skills C: Candidate should possess strong analytical skills
