Job Description

    Skill Required: Strong Oracle SPM CloudYears of experience: 3 to 8 yearsLocation: No constraints - open for PAN India - All LTI OfficesConsultant - Oracle Sales and Performance ManagementResponsibilities:Solution Implementation:Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Sales Performance Management Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client requirements.Configure and customize Oracle Sales Performance Management modules to enhance sales team productivity and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Business Process Consulting:Analyze client business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Provide subject matter expertise to guide clients through transformational changes.Technical Expertise:Utilize your deep understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation to design and implement compensation plans.Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Oracle Sales Cloud and Performance Management.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.Client Relationship Management:Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and best practices.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering value-added solutions.Qualifications:Experience in implementing similar Sales Performance Management applications which should include relevant experience of Oracle Sales Cloud with specialization in Sales Performance ManagementPrior experience in EBS Incentive Compensation Module implementation or support would be added advantage.Oracle certifications (Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation Specialist) preferred.
