AGM Head GM Production (Cement Plant)BE/ B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with 15 to 25years of experience from Integrated Cement manufacturing companyRoles and Responsibilities
• Operations && optimization of complete plant from Ls crushing/stacking to Cement Grinding Raw mix and coal mix optimization
• Production, Maintenance && Raw material planning Raw material handling and planning Responsible for day to day plant performance and Coordinating with other departments Plant s/d Refractory Procurements, planning and maintenance
• Annual/monthly budget && production planning Cost reduction initiatives Optimization of SPC && SHC Optimization of VRM, pyro process && Cement Mills. Monitoring the various process parameters, && parameter trends, Process parameter trend analysis of the running plant and troubleshooting Study of heat and energy conservation, Process optimization Breakdown, downtime, and machine availability analysis Preparation of action plan to increase the machine availability Refractory planning and execution work Project and modification work planning and execution
• Shut down planning and job monitoring Identify cost reduction, efficiency improvement technologies, best manufacturing practices and implement the same Identify investment opportunities for the group Evaluate new process technologies and equipment and implement Process audit of plants and prepare action plans for plant improvement Training of employees Ensure desired quality of the product as per marketing requirements Directing plant operations including maximizing plant profits && minimizing expenses, improving plant operations by implementing quality improvement techniques like ISO && TPM, and driving energy conservation
• Skilled in devising strategies for reducing energy costs && monitoring environmental impact and functioning of energy committee && energy champions Possess a clear understanding of industry, technology trends with the distinction of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall costs Comprehensive experience in devising significant solutions, managing day-to-day production && manufacturing operations and projects for making effective utilization of man, machine, method & materials
• Experience in leading projects on continuous improvement of processes; valuable Contributions include capital expenditure management and waste reduction Track record of generating huge cost savings by driving Energy Projects and other energy-saving projects an enterprising leader with strong planning, analytical and negotiation skills
