Job Description

    Job Title: Agriculture & Goushala SupervisorLocation: Lonavala Number of Vacancies: 2 Experience: Minimum 2 years Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Agriculture Accommodation: ProvidedJob Overview:As an Agriculture & Goushala Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing farming operations and overseeing the well-being of cattle. Your role includes supervising agricultural activities, ensuring proper cattle care, and managing workers to optimize productivity.Key Responsibilities:Agriculture Management:
    • Select suitable crops and plan timely sowing.
    • Manage irrigation, fertilizers, and pest control.
    • Ensure effective use of agro-fertilizers for optimal yield.
    Goushala (Cattle Shelter) Management:
    • Ensure proper nutrition, healthcare, and hygiene for cattle.
    • Oversee breeding and maintain dairy production standards.
    • Monitor the overall well-being and welfare of livestock.
    Worker Supervision & Operations:
    • Guide and manage farmworkers and cattle caretakers.
    • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Implement best practices in farm and livestock management.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture and cattle management.
    • Diploma or B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of agro-fertilizers and farming techniques.
    • Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
