Job Description

    Job Title: AI Content Creator/Editor(off role profile)Company: Bajaj Finserv Location: Pune, IndiaBudget: 6.7-8 LPAExperience: over 2-3 yearsPosition Overview:This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Content Creator/Editor at Bajaj Finserv in Pune, Viman Nagar. As an AI Content Creator/Editor your task will be convert textual content into video content using AI software. Proven experience in using AI tools/softwares and video editing softwares is mandatory. Excellent aesthetics, understanding of English language and a good command on the language is preferred, along with good editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in content creation. Researching and encouraging newer/exciting content for all SM/ Digital Brand Platforms is expected. Should be passionate about the work, and have a hunger to upgrade ones skills and gain new learnings.Responsibilities:1. Utilize AI tools and software, such as Heygen/Synthesia/ChatGPT/Elevenlabs/Sora/Canva AI etc., to generate written/graphic/videos content for various social media platforms2. Use editing software such as after effects and primer pro is mandatory, for creating content3. Train AI models to improve content generation capabilities4. Revise and edit AI-generated content to ensure it meets quality standards and guidelines5. Research and understand the targeted audience to create relevant and engaging content6. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and apply them to content creation processes7. Work closely with creative teams/editors to understand deliverables and tailor content accordingly.8. Ensure that AI-generated content adheres to legal and ethical guidelines9. Perform tests to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of AI content generation tools10. Document the processes and methodologies used in creating AI-generated content for future reference and improvements11. Provide feedback to software developers to enhance AI tools and programs12. Maintain and improve standards of output and creativityQualifications:1. Graduate2. Education related to the field of communication/advertising/editing/animation3. Proven experience in a similar role4. Experience with AI editing tools and technologies is mandatory
