Job Description

    Our Client Strategy Operations (CSO) team covers both the support of the broader global Client Strategy team as well as fully-owning a number of advisory processes.While Client Strategy is involved in nearly all aspects of our Institutional Equities advisory business, relevant core initiatives include;Prioritization of clients based on multiple metrics, with a view to optimizing how our scarce resources are allocatedThe capture, reporting & production of analytics relating to direct advisory revenues (including client broker votes)Development & production of complex reporting for the advisory platform using automated BI tools to display multiple data sources in an intuitive mannerInternal reporting & coordination of 3rd party market intelligenceSubmissions of historic advisory interactions to clients based on their preferred specificationsDefining best-practice for the logging of advisory interactions & highlighting instances where this is not adhered toJob.
