Job Description

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • This role is responsible for all aspects of Informatica ETL integration administration, provide end to end administration for all ETL processes and systems.
  • Function as a primary point of contact for any ETL admin requests. Maintain the integrity of the ETL environments.
  • Manage ETL Admin Remedy queue and provide quick Incident/Request analysis to Business users.
  • Responsible for administration of ETL integration applications including Informatica, DAC, Kalido, Oracle OBIA
  • Conduct ETL optimization, troubleshooting and debugging of production issues related to Informatica and DAC administration
  • Coordinate with ETL architects and leverage DAC for task scheduling, workflow management and maintenance activities. Participate in problem management and performance tuning activities.
  • Provide specialized ETL support to multiple Enterprise applications and projects utilizing Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) technologies and assist in performance tuning
  • Collaborate, build and maintain relationships with other technical groups. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the team and Enterprise
  • Report regularly on health and performance of ETL environment and jobs
Qualifications
  • Requirement :
  • Experience on Data Warehouse Administration Console (DAC) and OBIA
  • Good understanding of OBAW architecture
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining Oracle Business Intelligence system and troubleshooting issues
  • Experience in OBAW data model &performance tuning
  • Hands on experience on Informatica and Troubleshooting experience on Informatica 9 and above.
  • Significant experience in supporting systems that have involved data acquisition, data extracts/loads, data interfaces between systems
  • Experience of working with large data sets and multi-million row database structures
  • Expertise of BI concepts including ETL, data warehousing, reporting and related tools
  • Understanding of ETL architecture, design, development and implementation principles across Enterprise platforms
  • Understanding of the use of BI and Analytics in one or more Enterprise Functions
  • Hands-on experience with performance tuning ETL and PL SQL code
  • Good Oracle / PL SQL/ UNIX & Unix scripting knowledge
  • Good to have knowledge of either or more of OBIEE administration, QlikView administration, Informatica Data Engineering Integration (DEI, formerly known as Informatica big data management)
  • Ability to solve problems independently, quickly, and completely, and to communicate clearly to management and peers
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, various Business Processes embedded across an Enterprise
