As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for making advertisements on various channels/platforms to attract prospective tenants. You will also be responsible for collecting rent from tenants and following up with the overdue rents.You should have an excellent understanding of various insurance plans and coverage required for a building. As you will be a primary point of contact, you should possess excellent communication skills. In addition to this, maintaining the apartment is one of the most important tasks for this job position.Apart from this, you should be able to manage time and multitask effectively.
