Job Description

    Experience1 to 5 years of experience in Application Support at L1 level .Roles Responsibilities
    • This support level receives inbound requests through channels like On Call phone, Web forms, email, Teams Chat, or any other means based on a documented process.
    • 1-5 ye ars of relevant experience in technical customer support, with a strong customer interaction experience
    • Good troubleshooting debugging skills
    • Strong documentation skills
    • Write complex SQL Queries and provide resolution of customer
    • Manage database reconciliation between integrated applications
    • Learn application functionality and Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
    • They are responsible to collaborate with any other IT support team or stakeholders or dependency groups in case the task requires (e.g. Server Network working to resolve a problem in a data center /cloud).
    • Monitor the availability of the Database events like DB availability, Instance availability and the space availability of disk drives and file systems.
    • Monitor the Oracle Alert logs files, transaction logs and backup logs.
    • Monitor the database related activities, respond calls from the Application support and developments teams.
    • Monitor the metric alerts, performance related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, high Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query tuning.
