The Candidate should have experience in managing the team of application support engineers. And should have experience in handling the customer. The overall experience in application support should be 6 years. Roles & Responsibilities: Must Have Experience : Min 3 years of strong experience in leading support team Experience in an IT company with Banking Domain Knowledge of SQL (Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server) Experience in log Analysis Experience with application deployment on Weblogic / Tomcat / Websphere Experience in Co-ordinating with the customer Experience of handling critical issues and situations Nice to Have Experience (Any Three) : Experience in Documentation related to application Linux commands Experience in core java Education & Certification Bachelors / Masters degree in an Engineering stream OR MCA with a post graduate diploma / degree from reputed institution Reports To Delivery Manager
