Job Description

    Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Customer Service Representative to manage and support IT production systems and services. This role is critical in ensuring seamless service delivery through effective incident management, system monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end delivery and support for IT production systems and services, ensuring high availability and performance.
    • Drive incident, issue, and outage management, including timely investigation, resolution, and service restoration.
    • Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
    • Proactively identify potential risks/issues and implement preventive and corrective measures to minimize service disruptions.
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to improve operational efficiency.
    • Participate actively in problem-solving discussions and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and user experience.
    • Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies through continuous learning and upskilling.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    Work Details:
    • Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts
    • Work Model: Work From Office (WFO)
