Job Description

Job Title: Executive - Accounts Receivables Location: Pune, India Shift: US Shifts Key Responsibilities:
    • Expertly handle denial management and ensure HIPAA-compliant auto/manual posting.
    • Conduct daily payment posting batch reconciliation.
    • Process offsets, forward balances, and refunds accurately.
    • Manage secondary billing and posting with precision.
    • Understand ERA, EOB, insurance types, balance billing, and coordination of benefits.
    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
    • Strong knowledge of denial management and ERA/EOB codes.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with systems like Imagine and Advanced MD is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to work in US shifts.
