    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer networks, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities.     • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
    • Manage and expand the dealer network to enhance distribution channel sales.
    • Engage in field sales activities, including customer visits and product demonstrations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
    • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the pumps or related industry.
