Job Description

    URGENTLY HIRING FOR AREA SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER(ONLY MALE)LOCATION MUMBAI,PUNE,AHMEDNAGAR,GADCHIROLI,HYDERABAD
    • Must have knowledge about Air Conditioning industry.
    • Must be aware about the process of pre sales and closing.
    • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
    • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
    • Report on sales activities to regional head.
    • Reaching the targets and goals set for areas.
    • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market, developing sales strategies.
    • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts personally.
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
    • Execute marketing and promotional activities.
    • Reporting on a daily basis.
    • Self starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
    • Ability to work with all levels of individuals.
    • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
    • Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language.
    • Ability to articulate complex technical ideas.
    • Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically.
    • Ability to forecast accurately.
    • Role involves extensive consultative selling covering the entire sales cycle prospecting to successful business acquisition.
    • Performance driven position with defined KRAs including annual sales targets.
    • Visionary to understand market research.
    • Thought leadership skills, Self driven, leading from front.
    • To acquire new accounts in the specified region/market.
    • Manage assigned business at respective state /assigned territory.
    • Relationship management skills- leadership & teamwork, number of billing points and repeat orders from clients
    KNOWLEDGE:
    • Must have extensive Product & Sales knowledge of AC products.
    • Must have AC Industry & Market expertise.
    • Updated knowledge of Trade Partners & their expectations from the principle brand
    • Minimum of 5-9 years practical experience working for Consumer Appliances company of repute of which at least 5 years of experience as Senior Executive / Territory Sales Manager
    • Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma in HVAC domain.
