Job Description

    As an ambitious and target-driven Area Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in a specific region. Your role will involve managing a sales team, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients to expand our market presence.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance.- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales approaches.- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.- Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team.- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical practices.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.In addition to the above, you should have 4-8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Experience in your industry (e.g., FMCG, IT solutions, B2B, retail, etc.) will be a strong advantage, along with a demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.The salary offered for this position is as per industry standards, and we are looking to fill 3 positions in this role.,
