Job Description : 1.Lead AP team and responsible for designing / updating SOPs and monitoring adherences to SOPs related to AP. 2.Fair to work across multiple IT applications including OMS / WMS / Finance ERP to ensure correct and timely recording of purchase across purchase types and monitoring of payables. 3.Developing accounting manuals for new purchase types / modules like VMS, Price master added across the platforms-online / offline 4.Ensure accurate month-ends and be the POC for all process audits / statutory audits for AP 5.Liaison with sourcing / warehouse / product team to map best practices and processes around Vedor Onboarding / Inward / QC / GRIR booking / Outbound / Returns / RTV / Renewal of vendor contracts 6.Interact with cross-functional teams for month-end provision booking and payment cycles basis credit period agreed with vendor 7.Well versed with MS-Excel and hands on finance EPR-Tally / SAP / Navision / Quick books / Oracle Professional Qualifications 1. CA/M.B.A. Finance with 2-4 year(s) of experience 2. Industry preference : E-Commerce 3.
