Job Description

    Job Summary:The Business Development & Strategy Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the companys growth strategy. This individual will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and develop plans to drive market expansion.Key Responsibilities:1. Infrastructure development -
    • Conduct market research to identify key infrastructure partners to deploy battery swapping stations
    • Negotiate contracts to ensure they align with company objectives and regulatory requirements
    • Finalizing expansion plan for infrastructure development across various cities
    • Liaison with government bodies, DISCOMs, Municipal corporations, PSUs for required approvals and smooth execution of battery swapping infra.
    2. Demand partnerships -
    • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with fleet operators, last mile players, etc
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.
    3. Cross-functional Collaboration -
    • Work closely with the respective circle sales, product development, operations, marketing & IT teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company objectives.
    4. Reports & MIS -
    • Tracking and maintaining reports for asset utilization, infra deployment and Opex.
