Job Description

    Key Responsibilities :1. HR Operations Support:o Assist the HR Business Partner team in managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.o Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.2. Employee Relations:o Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters and addressing employee inquiries and concerns. o Support the resolution of employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary, and proposing appropriate solutions.3. Talent Acquisition and Management:o Assist in talent acquisition efforts by participating in candidate interviews, reviewing resumes, and collaborating with the TA team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.o Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including employee development, performance improvement plans, and succession planning.4. Performance Management:o Support the performance management process, assisting in the setting of performance goals and providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.o Collaborate with function managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions when required.5. Training and Development:o Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.o Help identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning opportunities for employees at various levels.6. HR Analytics and Reporting:o Collect, analyze, and present HR data and metrics to assist in decision-making and monitor HR trends and performance.o Prepare reports for management to provide insights into HR activities and initiatives.7. Employee Engagement:o Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and action planning to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
