Job Description

  • Towork as a part of customer and internal team being in charge of supporting maintenance of PI and UC controls in WeDo Revenue Assurance system.
  • Enhancement of the existing control environment and developing new controls/KPIs.
  • Application operations support for WeDo RAID revenue Assurance.
  • Thorough understanding of WeDo RAID system / Revenue Assurance application
  • Ability to perform system recovery.
  • Ability to build or expand PI and Usage controls rules in coordination with RA team.
  • Ability to develop new Loading and validation Flows.
  • Check and correct the error alarms in existing Loadings and Flows.
  • Designing and expand Dashboardenvironment.
  • Analysing, providing recommendations to reduce the mismatch count in the reconciliations.
  • University degree BE/Btech or other related fields
  • 3-5 years experience in Telecommunication or Revenue assurance/Fraud area
  • RA Operations & support Experience on tools likeWEDO, Subex, Moneta, Cvidya etc.
  • Ability to develop and run queries and conduct complex data analysis required
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience
  • Advanced in Excel. Working knowledge of data analysis/query tools
  • Excellent, clear verbal and written communication and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of Telco infrastructure: network elements, Siebel, IN platforms, billing systems, mediation etc.
  • Business Intelligence
  • Confident to manage, synthesize and influence in a cross functional environment.
  • Understand the entire RA Process, Incident Management
