Position Details Position Asst. Mgr-Electrical MaintenanceBusiness Unit/DivisionMahindra Vehicle Manufacturers Limited/Common Maintenance- TCFReports To Manager M&HCV TCF Maintenance.Place of Posting ChakanResponsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Elimination of b/d on A,B & C rank Machines through TPM approch. 2. Improvement in MTTR & MTBF by implementing proactive Kaizens. 3. Reduction in Spares cost & spares consumption by systematic approch. 4. Reduction in repair & maintenance cost. 5. Reduction in Oil & FOS consumption. 6. Spare Part planing.,V/E/D analysis,Raising Purchase Requisitions in SAP & tracking to get matrial on time , Budget planning 7. Support in commissioning of new equipments ,doing MFMEAs 8. Co ordinate with supplier & CME for eleminating new equipments issues. 9. Execute & improve effectiveness of PM,TBM,CBM activities on equipment. 10. Leads shift associates & guides them for trouble shooting on equipments, Improve their skills. 11. Supports production department for day to day activites & smooth ramp up of new product. 12. Mantains PLC , HMI, VFD s & PC based machines Back ups systematically . 13. Diagnostice & trouble shooting of PLC & PC based machines , Networks , HMIs & VFDs 14.Proactive planning for up keeping long lead & critical Electronic assemblies. 15)Mantaining Control panel Healths, Earth pits monitoring 16) Modify PLC / HMI (Allen Bradly RS Logix 5000) programmes & related communication networks for improvements / Kaizens 17)Single & Three phase Electrical system related trouble shooting & Safety adherence. 18)Hands on Diagnostics & trouble shooting skills on 3 Ph motors , starters & VFDs. 19) Mantain & Update documentations in line with Mahindra systems.Job RequirementsExperience (years)3-5 yearsIndustry Preferred Automotive TCF (Assembly lines ) , QualificationB.E. Smoke test machine, Lock to lock machine, Hydraulic & servo press machines etc. 2) Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Filling machines , Brake , AC , PS, Coolant , Grease filling machines etc. 3) Hands on experience of Trouble shooting of Allen Bradly PLC (Logix 5000), HMI , VFDs, PC based systems, Mitsubishi PLC, Daichi servo Drives & controllers . 4)Hands on experience of working with Toque Tools like Electrical Tools. 5)Hands on skills for working on 1 ph & 3 phase systems , safety related to it , 6) 3Phase Motors & starters hands on experience of trouble shooting 7) Electrical control Panles PM ,TBM and CBM methodologies . Guides subordinates to carry out Equipemnt internal calibrations . 8)Knowledge of implementation with statutory checks & requirements as per the factory act. 9)Make maintenance SOS for all the equipments PM & their SOPs. 10) Creates safety awareness for working with 1ph & 3 ph systems. 11) Understands & can Make Electrical drawings for Kaizens. 12) Understands hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams . Operations & troubleshooting of Hydraulics & Pneumatics. 13).Communication & Networking -SCADA, Optical Fiber, Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, Device-net , Wirelss (HF , Wi-fi etc) 14) Power Supply Management -Quality analysis of input power supply, energy conservation & harmonic analysis 15)Data management (MIS)- MTTR, MTBF, PM, TBM , CBM ,IR , Lubrication Mgt., Kaizens / Pokayoke / MP Sheets , Energy and water mgt.
