    Greetings from Planet Solutions!Position:- Assistant Manager - TALocation:- PuneExperience:- 4 yearsMust have good communication SkillsOnly Female Candidates.Job descriptionMust have experience from any Iron & Steel or Manufacturing Industry.This is a TA role which includes Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionRoles & Responsibilities:We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organizations objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment process. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales teams potential.1. Devise and drive growth orientated HR plans and practices for the unit2. Managing Team Activities, motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.3. Looking after Talent Management, End to end recruitment from Junior to Top level.4. Open to Travel, as per the requirement.5. Good exposure in Team Management. Should have hands on experience in handling Talent Acquisition, Talent Management.6. Implement and administer employee policies7. Offer proactive recruiting assistance8. Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates9. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives10. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc11. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc12. Screen candidates resumes and job applications13. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule14. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes15. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated16. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
