Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Representation: Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding real estate transactions (buying, selling, leasing).
    • Property Listings: Research and list properties, including providing detailed information on the features and benefits of each property.
    • Market Research: Analyze market trends, property values, and comparable sales to help clients make informed decisions.
    • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible terms for your clients.
    • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads (e.g., online listings, social media, print materials).
    • Showings and Open Houses: Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours for potential buyers or tenants.
    • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documents related to transactions.
    • Client Support: Provide guidance and advice throughout the buying/selling process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings.
    • Networking: Build relationships with clients, other real estate professionals, and community members to expand your network and grow your business.
    Requirements:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in [state/country]. Licensing assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
    • Experience: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred but not required. We welcome individuals looking to transition into the industry.
