Job Description

    As an Associate Backend Developer (Laravel) at Salt Technologies, you will be an integral part of our development team focused on delivering high-quality web applications. Your responsibilities will include:- Backend Development: Developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Laravel.- Database Management: Designing and managing databases to ensure data integrity and performance.- Collaboration: Working closely with frontend developers and team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Code Quality: Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for backend systems and APIs.- Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve backend solutions.Qualifications required for this role:- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in backend development with Laravel.- Skills: - Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Preferred: Knowledge of modern backend frameworks and libraries, and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Salt Technologies is a leading Indian software development company specializing in Web Development, UI/UX Design, Custom Software Development, DevOps, Digital Transformations, and Software Testing.
