Job Description

    Role Overview:At Beghou, you will lead client projects focused on developing Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems for pharmaceutical and life science firms. You will play a crucial role in managing client interactions for Data Warehouse projects and identifying opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project components, leading project teams, advising on strategy, synthesizing findings, managing project finances, providing project leadership, and fostering an innovative work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Develop approach and solution components for Data Warehouse projects to ensure methodological soundness- Lead design and development of MDM projects, including configuration of internal MDM platform- Advise on strategy, team resources, and deadlines, and assume data investigation and platform configuration tasks- Define project scope and development approach, conduct issue analysis, and develop recommendations- Manage MDM implementation on each project, including client communication, leading meetings, and managing timelines- Build out data processes independently or with a team- Liaise with internal stakeholders globally and manage expectations and deliverables- Utilize coding for data processing and reporting- Provide project leadership for team members, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are informed- Assist in employee management, training, coaching, and contribute to internal initiatives for team performance improvement- Coach and mentor junior team members on professional development- Grow external client engagements and ensure seamless communication with US-based project managers and clientsQualifications Required:- Bachelors or advanced degree with 7 to 9 years of professional experience- CDW experience in the US life sciences industry strongly preferred- MDM experience in the life sciences industry preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, advanced Excel skills, and strong coding skills in Python- Strong project management, people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills- Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry- Ability to work effectively with others, adapt quickly, and thrive in an international matrix environment- Willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap,
