Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Director - Enterprise Sales at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving Enterprise Sales and expanding our customer base through your consultative sales approach. You will have the opportunity to showcase your techno-commercial expertise and leadership skills to contribute to the organizations success. Your main responsibilities will include acquiring and nurturing enterprise customers, strategizing market entry, and ensuring accelerated growth in business share.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire relevant enterprise customers, nurture relationships, and convert them into key accounts.- Develop strategies for entering different industrial segments and implementing technology-led procurement.- Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations to achieve rapid growth in market share.- Focus on stabilizing existing accounts while driving further growth.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Enterprise sales within the B2B/Industrial sector.- Preference for candidates with experience in consultative sales to enterprises.- Strong communication and people management skills with a high level of ownership and ability to establish processes from scratch.- Passion for sales hunting and achieving aggressive sales targets.- Educational background of B. Tech & MBA from a reputable institute.
