Job Description

    As an Associate Director of Finance at Hot Fuego Pvt Ltd in Baner, Pune, India, your role involves overseeing financial planning, preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and ensuring the companys financial health. Collaboration with other departments will be essential for accurate financial forecasting and compliance with financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for effective financial planning and analysis.- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements.- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost optimization.- Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures for effective financial control.- Assist the finance team with financial analysis, data entry, and other tasks to provide necessary support.Qualifications:- Possess Financial Planning and Finance skills.- Have experience in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.- Strong Analytical Skills are required.- Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting.- Experience with financial software and tools is a plus.Hot Fuego, LLC is a global marketing company founded by entrepreneur Jason Averill, specializing in strategy formation and execution.
