Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Project Manager at the company, you will be responsible for driving project development execution and delivery. You will collaborate with Systems Architects, Development Managers, Technology Leaders, Developers, QA engineers, and Product teams.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and monitor all project phases in coordination with team leaders- Conduct constant monitoring of projects execution, risks, milestones, and timeline- Perform ongoing risk analysis and management- Lead the retrospective and learning process in R&D- Lead the assimilation and application of the Agile methodology in the R&D- Report to the team and management on projects status, progress, and issues- Act openly and honestly as a member of the R&D project management team- Manage several efforts simultaneously (multitasking)- Collaborate and coordinate work between different teams at various locations, including R&D, Product, Architect, DevOps, and Support teamsQualifications Required:- Agile certification (scrum, kanban, scaled agile frameworks) or equivalent experience and knowledge (Must)- Some experience in working with project management advanced tools, such as Jira (Must)- Excellent interpersonal skills- Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical cross-functional groups- Bachelors degree in computer science or industrial engineering with experience in R&D- 5 to 9 years of experience in the IT industry, with up to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager,
