1. Agent Recruitment:
   • Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents.
   • Build a productive team of agents through referrals and networking.
2. Training & Development:
   • Train agents on life insurance products, sales strategies, and compliance.
   • Motivate and guide agents to achieve sales targets.
3. Sales Management:
   • Drive business through agents by promoting life insurance products.
   • Monitor agent performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales goals.
4. Relationship Management:
   • Build strong relationships with agents and provide ongoing support.
   • Ensure high levels of agent retention and satisfaction.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
   • Ensure agents comply with regulatory and company policies.
   • Maintain accurate records of agent activities and sales performance.
