Job Description

    Position: 2Experience: 1yr and aboveCTC: 2.75 to 3lpaJob Type: PermanentJob location:Pune (Magarpatta City)Shift: Day/ NightWorking days: 5 days (Mon to Fri)Notice: immediate (1 day)Work from office Mandatory
    1. Provide comprehensive desktop and software support for users, assisting with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software.
    2. Handle the installation of peripherals such as printers, scanners, and cabling systems, including local area network cables, network interface cards, and wired switches.
    3. Perform software updates, patches, and system maintenance to keep systems secure and optimized.
    4. Demonstrate a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, OSI, DNS, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, VPN, and RDP working principles.
    5. Manage service requests, incidents, problems, and change processes effectively.
    6. Maintain an inventory of hardware and software, updating asset records management
    7. Document and track all support interactions using a ticketing system, following up with users to ensure satisfaction.
    8. Offer support for the installation and troubleshooting of office applications, such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive).
    Skills and Qualifications
    1. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
    2. Familiarity with endpoint protection solutions and basic security practices.
    3. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a relevant role.
    4. Strong knowledge of office application installation and troubleshooting (Microsoft 365).
