Job Description

    The Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Audit and Compliance Assistant Manager to lead and oversee our audit and compliance functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Leading and managing the audit process, including planning, execution, documentation and reporting
    • Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
    • Developing and implementing internal controls and procedures
    • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
    • Advising management on accounting and compliance matters
    • Managing audit teams and ensuring their professional development
    • Staying abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Semi-qualified CA/CMA or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
    • 4 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, auditing principles, and compliance regulations
