AVP / Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description

Role Overview:As an AVP, Talent Acquisition Manager at the global People team of this leading investment management firm, your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of recruiters and oversee the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership in Pune, India. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire top talent across various business lines within the firm.Key Responsibilities:- Partner with local and global leadership to design and implement talent acquisition strategies for AB, ensuring successful execution in India.- Manage a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and external search partners in alignment with firm policies.- Oversee vendor management of RPO partnership, including financial oversight and evaluation of associated costs.- Monitor recruitment team performance through data analysis and develop reporting metrics for success evaluation.- Lead senior-level searches, build sourcing pipelines, and conduct candidate outreach campaigns.- Drive ad-hoc recruitment projects to enhance candidate, hiring manager, and new joiner experiences.- Implement strategies to enhance digital employment brand and recruitment marketing in Pune, India.- Manage agency relationships, quality oversight, and contract negotiations.Qualifications Required:- At least 7 years of experience managing recruiting teams in financial or professional services.- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies in financial services, banking, or professional services.- Experience in hiring for Asset and Wealth Management roles.- Proven track record of managing high-performing recruitment functions with a focus on client and candidate services.- Familiarity with various sourcing strategies, digital tools, and technologies.- Excellent client service orientation, partnership development skills, and cross-functional collaboration.- Commercial acumen to drive quality, efficiency, and cost savings.- Broad understanding of the People function and hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.- Project management skills with a focus on positive outcomes.About the Company:The company is a leading global investment management firm with over 4,000 employees across 57 locations in 26 countries.
