    B2B Sales ManagerLocation: Pune, MaharashtraExperience: 36 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key customer relationships across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong business development, negotiation, and client management skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and manage B2B sales across domestic and international markets.
    • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Coordinate export-related activities, including international client communication and basic export documentation.
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
    Required Skills
    • 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of domestic and export sales processes.
    • Understanding of international trade practices and export documentation.
    • Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and key account management.
    • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
    Preferred Industry ExperienceManufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, Herbal, Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Industrial Products, or related industries.Educational QualificationBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Benefits
