Qualification and Education RequirementsAny Engineering Graduate Experience2-6 YearsBAAN Developer/Technical Consultant.Working knowledge of functional modules of BAAN including Common, Sales, Invoicing, Pricing, Purchasing, Warehousing, Finance, Taxation, Production, Planning, People and PCS Project etc.Experience of working in customization projects modifying standard BAAN ERP source codeExpertise with SQL queries, fine tuning performance.Understand Business Requirements, translate to technical designPreferred Skills / Special SkillsCommunicate technical issues, key insights and findings to the team.General Programming Skills, Problem Solving, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Good in Logic Building.Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
