You will help clients discover products that enhance their confidence and express their unique style. Your in-depth product knowledge and genuine passion for beauty will create memorable shopping experiences.Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: o Greet customers warmly and provide personalized consultations. o Understand clients beauty preferences and recommend suitable products. o Demonstrate application techniques through mini-makeovers and product trials. o Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and loyalty program engagement.Sales and Product Expertise: o Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions. o Educate clients about product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage. o Achieve sales targets by promoting exclusive and partnered brands. o Support cross-selling and upselling to enhance client satisfaction.Store Operations: o Ensure product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing. o Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. o Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the store. o Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.Qualifications: Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare.
