Benefits Administrators oversee the systems of compensation and benefits for companies. Resumes for this position highlight such responsibilities as reviewing plan information for defined benefit plans and participant data to determine eligibility categories; assisting with special projects to correct and adjust benefit calculations; analyzing reconciliation reports, pension estimates, and automated calculations; and preparing automated benefit calculations.
