Job Title: Billing Analyst / Revenue AnalystJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Analyst / Revenue Analyst with 4-8 years of experience in revenue and billing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing complex revenue recognition processes, deferred revenue conversions, and ensuring compliance with ASC 606 standards. This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end billing and revenue recognition processes in compliance with ASC 606.
• Review and reconcile deferred revenue and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Prepare and maintain billing schedules, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams for accurate and timely revenue recognition.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and revenue.
• Provide accurate documentation and data during internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in accounting, billing, or revenue recognition.
• MBA is mandatory.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• In-depth understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
