"Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!We are hiring for BMC Remedy ITSM Resources with Support/Admin/TestingRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand functional requirements and user scenarios,
  • Prepare unit/system test cases specifically for BMC Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Service Level Management etc which would have a high customisation compared to BMC Out Of The Box (OOTB) product.
  • Perform functional testing - In case of issues found, do basic trouble shooting/analyse logs etc and in general provide support to developers for a rapid turnaround of issues
  • Small bug fixes and enhancements may get assigned also
