Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager Agency Sales for our Insurance business.Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve the assigned Office/Branch Agency Business Plan.
• Develop and expand the Agency Channel in the assigned territory.
• Recruit, train and develop Agency Managers.
• Drive sales targets and improve team productivity.
• Manage and motivate the Agency Sales team.
• Develop relationships with agents and Agency Managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the agency network.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and business plans.
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate with 8 years of experience in Agency Channel Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Handling.
• Strong experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales preferred/required.
• Age should be below 40 years.
• Candidate should be residing in Nashik or Pune.
• Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills.
