The Branch Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team, and driving business growth. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining existing customers, and acquiring new customers. Drive implementation of the overall Bank strategy at branch level (asset and liability. marketing, sales, operations) in consultation with the Cluster Head Develop and implement branch specific marketing & communication strategies to build brand and to achieve branch targets Owner of Branch Cascade the branch scorecard to branch and sales employees to ensure achievement of targets Develop and ensure adherence to the operating budget for the branch in line with the corporate and regional budgetQualifications Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Knowledge of finance and experience in financial services industry Leadership skills and ability to manage a team Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in managing a branch or similar position is preferredRelevant skills that would be beneficial include sales experience, ability to build and maintain customer relationships, experience in recruiting and hiring employees, and proficiency in Microsoft Office,
