Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to join our team in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving new business development, and managing a high-performing sales team.     • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
    • Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high ethical standards.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Experience: 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, and team handling.
    • Skills: Strong skills in revenue generation, new client acquisition, and new business development.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Pune.
    • Employment Type: Full-time position with a day schedule.
