This role is also expected to perform some project management activities, interface with development team to explain the requirement, monitor the development to make sure that application is developed as per requirement and also expected to perform to co-ordinate support and BAU activities.Interface with business to document & prioritize the requirement, and create existing and to be process flow.Analyze the business requirement and document the impact of changes on existing applicationInterface with technology/development team to communicate, prioritize requirement and release planning.Co-ordinate different agile call with development leadManage delivery of application starting from requirement gathering, QA & UAT co-ordination, implementation and post production checkoutDevelop creative solutions to meet client and business needs by applying skills and knowledge of the business.Create unit, UAT and regression plan and help different team to execute these test plan.Co-ordinate UAT test with business and development team and get Business Approval.Collaborate across different teams for creating solution that s best to our client7+ years of experience within Banking & Financial Services industry in Business Analysis capacity.Primary Skills:Working experience of financial markets product knowledge (Fixed Income Derivatives and/or Reference data) ISDA Master Agreements, CSA and margin knowledge is plusExperience in exhaustive Business Process and Data Analysis & best practicesAbility to effectively interact with many stakeholders globally and handle multiple information tracks concurrentlyAbitlity to identify the risks and managing them effctivelyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision A self-starter & quick learnerWorking experience in Database / SQL is mustExcellent communication, presentation and written skillsAbility to think Out of the box for any given business requirementExperience with Visio and Power PointAnalytical Skills should be able to work with large data set and come up with use cases, scenarios and workflowsGraduate/Postgraduate with computer Science/Information TechnologyMBA and/or CCBA certified is a big plus,
