Job Description

Core BA Experience on areas like CASA, Loans, Mortgages, Consumer / Retail Banking, SDLC, SQL.
Strong understanding of BA skills like requirement gathering techniques, documenting BRD/FRD/User stories etc
Strong Communication (written & verbal) excellent Stakeholder management Skills.
Ability to analyze data using SQL, any Analytical tools and perform impact analysis for application changes
Complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Project implementation methodology.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Should take responsibilities tracking deliverable, taking ownership on deliverable in an onsite-offshore model and deliver on time.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in Multi-vendor & multi matrix organization/environment.
Strong ability to multitask several items & work independently and manage ones time.
Strong hands on experience in SQL.
