Job Description

Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement
Develop solutions to improve business processes and systems
Create detailed project plans and timelines for the implementation of new processes and systems
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs
Test and validate solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
Prepare reports and presentations on the results of analysis and implementation
Support existing business processes and systems
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Train users on new processes and systems
Remain up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
Other duties as assigned
