Personal Specifications Five years (or plus) of experience in business development.Proven track record of developing NBD (New Business Development) and achieving targets.Experience in presales, sales and business development.Experience in building partnerships and delivering sales in the small medium business segment.Existing relationships with SMBs in India.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.A passion for sales and a drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities To work with management team to identify and evaluate market and new target clients.To work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan.To participate in startup events, accelerator and incubator programs, SMB oriented conferences to create awareness, generate leads and close deals.To identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities.To achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/ or overall company target.To nurture the leads to closure.To initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities.To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client.To lead the development of strong client relationships for up- sell and cross- sell and grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.,
