Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive - Retail to drive the growth of its retail business. The role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with retail partners, and increasing market share for Sugunas range of food products across various retail channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Suguna Foods presence in the retail market while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new retail business opportunities across key markets, including supermarkets, local grocery stores, and food chains.
    • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail clients, distributors, and channel partners to drive business growth.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the presence of Suguna Foods products in retail outlets, achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential retail partners, securing deals and ensuring favorable terms for Suguna Foods.
    • Product Placement & Promotions: Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement in-store promotions, product placements, and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor retail trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and market penetration.
    • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance and market conditions, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, and adjusting strategies as needed.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in retail business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the food or FMCG industry).
    • Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, consumer behavior, and product distribution.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and drive results while collaborating with internal teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
