    Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to exceed targets.Job descriptionPosition : Business Development ExecutiveLocation : Kharadi , PuneExperience- 0-1 Yrs.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales /Knowledge.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
