• Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
• Identify new business opportunities within the banks customer base.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with bank staff to boost insurance business.
• Work closely with branch managers and teams to align with bancassurance goals.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to improve sales performance.
3. Training and Development:
• Conduct product training sessions to enhance the bank staffs knowledge of life insurance.
• Guide bank employees on customer need analysis and cross-selling strategies.
• Offer ongoing support to ensure consistent productivity.
4. Customer Engagement:
• Engage with bank-referred customers to provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Conduct need-based analysis to recommend tailored life insurance products.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
