The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, market insights, and interpersonal skills to drive growth in the eco-friendly packaging sector.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential and existing clients.
    • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet growth targets.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (or relevant field).
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (packaging industry experience is a plus).
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
