Job Description

As a seasoned business development professional from the electrical/electronic industry, your role will involve identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, and developing customized targeted sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. You will also be responsible for generating product specifications, developing manuals and documentation in coordination with the manufacturing teams, executing projects, and coordinating with the plant on manufacturing activities. Additionally, you will work on quick turnaround projects, redesign projects, and project documentation.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities- Coordinate business generation activities- Develop customized targeted sales strategies- Focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management- Generate product specifications and develop manuals- Execute projects and coordinate with manufacturing teams- Work on quick turnaround projects, redesign projects, and project documentationQualifications Required:- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering- MBA in Marketing Management preferred but not compulsory- Experience with CRM preferred- More than 7 years of experience in various electrical and electronic hardware industries, particularly in business development, sales, and service of renewable energy equipmentRenewable Energy is a rapidly growing segment globally, with India ranking third in the world.
