Job Description

Male candidates can also apply.Experience: Post Qualification 5 yearsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Required Skills:CA with 5 years of post qualification experience of working for Real Estate/ Construction industry preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, and payment systems.Strong analytical and communication skill.Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Looking experienced Chartered Accountants to lead the accounts payable team.Responsible for managing the companys payables process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors, andmaintaining effective cash flow management.Assist in internal and external audits related to accounts payable.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices into the accounting system.Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers.Develop and implement procedures to streamline payment processing and improve efficiency.Prepare monthly accounts payable reports and summaries for management reviewPrepare reports on accounts payable activities, cash disbursements, and aging payables for management review.Oversee the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation of accounts.
